Boarding Housing Rules
Jesmond Lodge establishes a comprehensive set of housing rules to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment for all residents. By adhering to these guidelines, you contribute to the well-being and harmony of our community:
Payment & Check-Out
Each rent must be paid in advance according to your agreement, ensuring timely payment.
Residents must vacate their apartment by 10:00 a.m. on their departure day to facilitate a smooth transition for cleaning.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Residents must keep their apartments tidy at all times and report any repairs to the Housing Manager immediately.
Additionally, residents should wrap and dispose of rubbish daily and keep kitchens clean and wiped down after use.
Care for Property and Inventory
Upon moving in, residents are required to sign off on room inventory.
All fixtures and furnishings must be left in good condition throughout your stay to preserve the quality of the property.
